I wanted a free note taking app that had alot of great benefits and I’ve had this app for about a year or 2 and everything was great until over time the app would glitch and most recently you now have to pay for their in app notebook and planners.. I am not deleting the app

The absolute best PencilKit-integrated note-taking app out there. Prodrafts is the only one that comes close, but it’s a bit clunky. Thank you to the developers.

There’s only move to front and not move to back for things like images, and when an image is outside the page the little dots to change the size or tilt it go missing as well I think they should always be on screen even if half the image is not on the page

Pros: pencil kit support, expanded margins on pdf
Cons: in PDFs eventually I lose the ability to select and copy or “look up” the selection. Only restarting the app fixes this. Also, there is no way to search handwriting in notes. GoodNotes has that feature and it’s very useful.

At first I was bummed, there was no handwriting to text feature. But upon testing out the given pens, especially the beginning fountain pen. I found that tool way more better & comfortable to write with. Which surprised me. I will continue to try it out and might add more to my review or change it later on.
