Mesmo com assinatura tem limitação de 21 minutos para transcrever áudios

Atualmente, o limite de duração para transcrição existe para ajudar a manter a estabilidade, velocidade de processamento e qualidade dos resumos gerados pela IA. Ainda assim, entendemos perfeitamente que 21 minutos pode ser pouco para reuniões, aulas ou gravações mais longas — mesmo para usuários com assinatura.

Estamos avaliando melhorias como:

* suporte para áudios mais longos
* divisão automática de gravações
* processamento contínuo de conteúdos extensos

Got the app through getfree app, I redeemed a code for lifetime access but there’s no possibility to use it… the app sounds cool but 5 records isn’t enough to make a real review

We unfortunately do not offer the app for free, and we’ve recently removed our app from Getfreeapp to avoid further confusion regarding lifetime access claims and redemptions.

We understand this can be frustrating, especially if you expected full access after redeeming a code there. We truly appreciate you trying the app and sharing your feedback about the recording limits as well.

They have just added data packages for users who do not have a lifetime subscription, while imposing a limit of only 10 hours per month for previous lifetime users.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the confusion and frustration.

To clarify, usage limits have existed in some form due to the ongoing API and processing costs required to run AI transcription and generation models. The newer extra data packages are intended for users who need higher usage beyond the included monthly limits.

We understand concerns around lifetime access expectations, and we’ll continue working on making our plans, limits, and usage details clearer and more transparent for all users. We don't have any differences for new and previous lifetime users.

买了终身会员之后账户登不上，一直让输入密码，输对了就装网卡继续弹输密码，输错了告诉你密码错误

**Developer response:** 麥克風權限：到「設定」→ 找到我們的 App → 看「麥克風」有沒有開啟，如果沒開啟就會按了沒反應。


iPhone 有沒有開螢幕錄影/通話中：有時系統會擋住麥克風。


App 版本：有沒有更新到最新版本？有時候舊版會有錄音按鈕不觸發的 bug。
