It was a bit glitchy and I initially missed the cut off for the free trial and got charged the full amount. I definitely panicked but did get a refund. We’ll probably try again at some point if I can get my son to try to play for more than one day. I do wish it was a bit cheaper. ### 3/5 — Game freezes *2026-07-27, version 0.27.14* The training is very simple and easy. The only problem is that the program keeps freezing. Once you finished one of the training courses. Sometimes we want to replay, but it won’t let us. It seems like it's tuned right but the guy gets stuck when you're running falls off the map and I know I'm hitting the right keys that's the game and then I don't. I don't know man but maybe maybe another time ### 4/5 — Nice I enjoyed no pricey at all *2025-12-14* I like this app, it's good for all types of learners, especially if you're at the beginner or intermediate level. It teaches you to read music. Sometimes it might freeze if you practice the same challenge too much, and you have to close the app and reopen it, but then it works fine again. It's very good, I liked it. There is a bug with challenges though. When I do a note challenge and fall off the ledge, I restart, but the challenge does not start. The notes don’t move towards me and hitting the right starter note does not get Notey moving. It was ok but glitchy. We kept having to restart it. I missed the trial cutoff by one day and saw a $99 charge the day it ended. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused. They can see it was used just once. They also charge only $59 on their website. Such terrible customer service.
