So if something get accidentally deleted, it’s gone forever. I often sit up at night and write on my phone, but a bright white screen is too harsh, even when dimmed. So well done. Four stars, not five, because the suggested predictive text - the most likely option - is in blue, whereas other options are white. The blue is almost impossible to read against the black background. And also, it would be useful to be able to name each note, rather than just have it labelled automatically by date and time. ### 4/5 — Good app, can be great with tweaks *2015-07-25* I wanted an app that was "sleeker" than the notes app. The dark theme fits well. The fonts are ok, some more options would be nice. I use this app to record in a journal sort of style without all the pictures and this-and-thats other "journal" apps so it works well. My BIG issue with this app: It seems that if you write a fair amount of characters in it, there's a chance it won't save it. You can see the inherent problem with that. One workaround is to create the title, back out and save, then unload your mind into it. And then still copy all of it and email it to yourself because who knows if it will or won't. Please fix that! ### 4/5 — Great little app *2015-01-22* Great little, minimalistic app. I enjoy being able to have white on black which allows me to sing songs to my son in the dark without disturbing him. I would like to have three more options: 1) different text colors (light grey instead of white for example), 2) ways to sort the notes other than alphabetically, and 3) iCloud sync. I got it because I needed an app that would allow me to type notes to myself in night mode and Notez provided. There aren't very many note apps that have dark mode and are iPod compatible on the AppStore (this is the only one that I've found so far, actually.) it's perfect for what I need. White on black or black on white makes it very easy to see the text. What I don't like, which is minor, is that you can't change the font, beyond the serif font and the sans-serif font, and you can't change the color of the text.
