Please don't fool people ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Misleading Menu Images and Extremely Poor Customer Service *2026-07-14* I had a very disappointing experience at Nothing Before Coffee (NBC) – JDA Staff Colony, Jagatpura, Jaipur. I placed my order by scanning the QR code on the table and ordered the Mango Delight Shake because it looked appealing in the menu. However, the item I received looked completely different from the image displayed while ordering. It wasn't even close to what was advertised. When I raised the issue at the order counter, the staff openly admitted that the menu image was different from the actual product and simply said they couldn't do anything about it. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused both my requests for a replacement and a refund. Displaying misleading product images and then refusing to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. Customers order based on what is shown in the menu, and if the actual product is significantly different, the business should either update the menu or compensate the customer appropriately. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the entire experience frustrating. I won't be visiting this outlet again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone expecting honest representation of products or basic customer support. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-04-25* Only two options dine in and self pickup but It always asking for QR and the cut button is mot working ### 1/5 — Coupen *2026-04-10* The condition stating that the next coupon will only be available 8 hours after the previous successful redemption is very unreasonable. I am paying ₹1799 in advance to purchase this pass. Therefore, I should be allowed to use it freely within its validity period, as long as my quantity remains. I should be able to have coffee multiple times in a day if I still have remaining quantity. I purchased this pass to use along with my 5–10 friends. When I visit the coffee shop with them, why should I redeem only one quantity at a time? I should be allowed to redeem 5–10 quantities in a single visit. This condition is not practical. No one will visit a coffee shop multiple times a day just to redeem one coupon at a time. I am not satisfied with this condition. It is very poorly designed and inconvenient for customers. ### 1/5 — Bad Experience *2026-01-02* I have ordered 100s of coffee from your store as well offline, must have recommended to atleast 10 other people. I went to your Hudson lane store, checked my app and had a B1G1 coupon which I wanted to apply, when I went to the options I had limited options only, made a small request to the cashier to change it, they were not willing to do that.
