Today (August 16, 2026), I went to the store and pressed redeem and then it gave another error, despite it saying it didn’t expire until August 18th in the app. Once I pressed redeem, it disappeared from the app as if it was never available. Coupons cannot be used in the app (always “invalid”) and providing your phone number to the cashier does not result in loyalty points. If you submit their customer service form online, you will receive an exceptionally delayed response (past the period where they will provide points) and nothing but form letters. I was a loyal customer for many years but I am done. Even verified with an employee that the code was still valid. The employee seeing that the app wasn’t working did nothing to assist. Insisting that the owners don’t allow that kind of assistance. So what a great experience?! Invite us to use the app, then reneg on the promotion and showcase that will a handcuffed employee who does nothing but see an j haiku potential customer walk out the door.
