## What is NOTICE?

NOTICE is free guided meditation in a real human voice. No accounts. No ads.

Five-day programs for racing thoughts, sleep, focus, self-compassion, walking (made with ADHD in mind), heavy feelings and urges, and loneliness. Every session comes in a short version and a longer one.

There are meditations on the home screen for moments of anxiety, anger, and offense. And, the Morning Ritual is a great way to start your day with gratitude practice, intentions, and positive affirmations.

Made by Michael C. Shedrick, M.S., PLPC, NCC, a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor.

NOTICE is free educational skill-building. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States, or your local emergency number.

Mental health is a skill. https://www.omnipsyche.org/
