## What is Notice?

You're not imagining it. The hot flashes at 3am, the headaches that keep landing in the same week, the sleep that fell apart. When symptoms scatter across months, they're easy to dismiss, even in a doctor's office. Notice exists so the dismissing stops.

TRACK IN SECONDS
Log a hot flash, headache, period, or rough night in a couple of taps, right when it happens. Hot flashes and headaches log straight from your Apple Watch too. No accounts, no setup marathon.

SEE THE PATTERNS
Notice puts everything on one timeline and does the detective work on your device: when your headaches cluster, how your symptoms line up with your cycle or your bleed, what your nights actually look like. Every insight states how much data it needs, and nothing pretends to know more than your history supports.

TWO WAYS TO TRACK
On the ring, pill, or patch? Notice follows the 21/7 rhythm and shows how symptoms line up with your hormone-free week. No cycle to track? The symptoms-only path is built for exactly that.

WALK IN WITH EVIDENCE
The centerpiece is a doctor report: your symptoms, patterns, and history as clear pages a clinician can read on the spot, generated on your phone. Add your appointment date and Notice helps you prepare, including a short pre-visit checklist that puts your concerns on the report in your own words.

WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH
Bring in sleep and periods you already track, and blood glucose if you wear a Dexcom CGM (G6, G7, One+; Libre 3 does not share with Apple Health). Read-only, always.

FREE AND SIGNATURE
Everything you log is free, and stays that way: tracking, your history, the core pattern insights, and a one page summary you can hand to your doctor. Notice Signature adds the full doctor report, appointment prep, deeper analyses across sleep, blood sugar, and triggers, and your likely headache window, with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Settings.

PRIVATE, FOR REAL
All the analysis happens on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no usage analytics. Your health data never touches our servers, and we never see your health information. The only things Notice ever sends are anonymous crash and diagnostic reports, with no health data in them.

Notice is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It helps you record and organize your own information to discuss with your clinician.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-09-16

Hormone therapy, on the same timeline as your symptoms. Record what you are taking, and record a change when it happens: a start, a stop, a dose change, a switch. Notice keeps each one dated, so your history says what you were on and when.

Your doctor report gains a treatment page. It shows your regimen and the dated changes. Once a change has twelve weeks behind it and enough logged on either side, the page compares how often your symptoms turned up before and after it, alongside what you reported at the time. It is your record of what happened, not a verdict on what worked.

Insights shows where that analysis stands and what it still needs before it can say more. Recording hormone therapy is part of the free tier; the treatment page is part of Signature.

Insights and Today are faster, and the app does less work when nothing has changed. Small fixes throughout.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-12

Home Screen widgets. The Notice widget adapts to your data: during a ring, pill, or patch cycle it shows your cycle day and next change; on the symptoms-only path, once it has enough period history, it shows the days since your last period and how far apart your recent periods came. A discreet style shows just the number once there is one to show.

The Quick log widget logs a headache or a hot flash from the Home Screen; after a headache, your recent treatments are offered when you have them.

The doctor report waits for three cycles before highlighting peak days, and the cycle-length card now points out unusually close recorded starts instead of counting those gaps as full cycles. If you saved a still-going headache before allowing notifications, its check-in is now scheduled once you allow them. Small fixes throughout.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-10

If you track without a ring, pill, or patch, Insights has a new card, Your cycle lengths: how far apart your recent periods came and how much that changed from one to the next.

The glucose card now compares readings on headache days with other days, and its counts say which headaches they include. Today tells you if your glucose readings stop arriving.

The doctor report waits for enough cycles before naming a pattern. The morning sleep check names the night it is asking about. A denied Apple Health permission no longer leaves the connection stuck. Small fixes throughout.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-04

Choose the ring, pill, or patch during setup or in settings, and every screen, reminder, and doctor report uses those words: active pills and placebo week, patch on and patch-free, ring in and ring out.

Notice Signature is easier to find, with a Start Signature row in Settings.

Small fixes throughout.
