## What is Notice?

Notice helps you break an experience down into parts: what happened, what thought came up, what you felt, and how you responded. This helps you focus on what matters most and recognize recurring patterns.

CHOOSE A FORMAT THAT WORKS FOR YOU
• Free-form entry with no steps
• CBT Thought Record (situation, thought, emotion, response)
• Cognitive restructuring for automatic thoughts
• Behavioral analysis
You can change the contents and order of the steps, add your own titles and prompts, or choose a different template for an individual entry without changing your default.

OBSERVE WITHOUT JUDGMENT
Track your mood, choose specific emotions, and rate their intensity from 1 to 10. Add tags, search the text of your entries, and filter them by mood, emotions, and tags.

The Overview shows your recent activity and the moods and emotions that appear most often. There are no goals, scores, or “right” metrics—just a calm way to understand yourself a little better.

OTHER FEATURES
• Smart reminders for journal entries, gratitude, a short pause, and reflecting on good moments from your day. Choose which reminders to enable in settings and set a time that works for you.
• App protection with a passcode and Face ID
• Export and import entries and settings to share them with your therapist

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Notice requires no account, shows no ads, and includes no third-party advertising trackers. By default, entries and settings stay on your device, and the content of your entries is not sent to the developer.
Notice was developed with input from a CBT psychologist. It is a self-reflection tool, not a medical or psychotherapy service. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace professional support.
