## What is NotiKeeper?

Requires an iPhone with iOS 27 or later and a notification automation set up in Apple's Shortcuts app. Only notifications from the apps you choose are saved.

NotiKeeper keeps a searchable history of the notifications you save through Shortcuts, so a code, a message or a delivery update is still there after you clear the notification.

HOW TO START SAVING
1. In NotiKeeper, tap Add NotiKeeper Shortcut to add the ready-made shortcut.
2. Open that shortcut in Shortcuts and tap Edit.
3. Choose the apps whose notifications you want to save.
4. Turn on Automation. Adding the shortcut alone does not enable saving.

NotiKeeper does not automatically collect notifications from every app. Saving starts once you enable the automation for your chosen apps. No Bluetooth accessory is needed.

Not sure yet? Try NotiKeeper with demo data first. Demo notifications are samples, not notifications from your apps.

FIND ANYTHING
• Search by text, app, date, collection and state, and save the searches you repeat
• An inbox with read, favorite, done and snooze
• "Since your last visit" shows what arrived while you were away
• Related notifications are linked into threads

ORGANIZE
• Collections for packages, messages, appointments and finance
• Rules that file, favorite or mark notifications as they arrive
• A watchlist that highlights the names and keywords you care about
• Notification Noise shows your noisiest apps and how to quiet them
• On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, NotiKeeper can sort what rules miss, on device

KEEP WHAT MATTERS
• Snooze a notification and get a reminder when it's due
• Choose how long to keep each app's notifications
• The Private Vault keeps sensitive notifications behind Face ID
• Export as text, CSV or JSON

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your history is stored on your iPhone. There is no account, no analytics and no NotiKeeper server. To show app icons, NotiKeeper asks the App Store about the app, never about the notification, and you can turn that off.

NOTIKEEPER PRO
Free shows the last 7 days, and older notifications stay on your iPhone. Pro unlocks your whole history, moving notifications into the Private Vault, and export. Choose a yearly plan with a 1-week free trial for eligible Apple Accounts, or buy once.
