Process your expense reports more easily. Take a picture of your expense report receipt, the app scans it and automatically recognizes each piece of information with our OCR (Optical Character Recognition), with one of the best recognition rates on the market.

Très facile d’utilisation mais nécessite peut-être un statut « révision » plutôt que « refus » pour apporter une modification plus facilement avant de remettre de nouveau au contrôle.

Top! Très simple à utiliser, toujours à portée de main. Cela évite la perte des justificatifs et les oublis puisque chaque dépense est immédiatement ajoutée à la note de frais.

Je ne sais pas comment on peut faire pire que de ne pas avoir d’application ! Lente, lente, lente, PIN de protection inutile, import photo foiré… on est sur une web app déguisée en application native qui est finalement tout sauf native. Je perds encore plus de temps qu’avant sue la web app.

Excellent outil au quotidien mais il reste quelques anomalies frustrantes des fois on ne peut pas mettre le montant de tva que l’on souhaite le logiciel doit faire une sorte de vérification qui fait qu’on ne pas faire coïncider ce que l’on a sur le ticket en valeur de tva…
Sur les tickets chargés en informations la reconnaissance de zone est parfois fausse mais cela reste plutôt occasionnel.
