First time there was a wrong QR code so I couldn’t get my parcel and I have to spend a lot of time to solve this problem. Second time I’ve ordered a parcel one week ago, paid for delivery and it’s not even in transit! I really need this parcel for my holiday. The app is extremely well put together — clean, smooth, and easy to use. But what really sets Notino apart is the way they handle delivery. They give you real options: you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a post office, locker box, or even better, you can choose which delivery company you want to use! That’s a level of control most retailers don’t offer — and it makes a huge difference. By contrast, I’ve just spent £50 with another company and I’m having a terrible time with a delivery company I absolutely hate using because they don’t offer customer service and they’re very unreliable and the company I actually bought the product from you can’t contact them either (I’ll be careful not to name them here). The experience has been stressful and frustrating — and it reminded me just how valuable it is when a company like Notino puts customers first. On top of that, Notino offers actual customer service — where you can ring and speak to a real person, not get lost in chatbots or automated emails. I’ll be shopping with them again, and I’ll be recommending them to others too. Keep it up, Notino! Recently, that option disappeared. It’s a key way I navigate product options. Please could you help me understand if it’s been removed permanently or if it’s a temporary glitch? I email them, nothing, so I call them and they say they can resend it to my home address instead of an InPost. After that I receive an email saying they don’t have one item in stock so they will just send me one item instead. Then they say they will refund me the engraving too. All that for one gift cancelled and the other Christmas gift to not even be custom anymore. Very uncool Notino. **Developer response:** Hello. On my last purchase, I bought three hairsprays and two came open and the box was completely damaged. I asked for a refund for the two products that came leaking and they only want to give me 50 percent because they said that the other half of the product is still usable. La prise de téléphone est rapide, tout est bien expliqué, le suivi est la même si ça fait des mois que vous n’avez pas passé de commande, ils sont d’une douceur incroyable. Je ne sais pas comment ils ont construit leur team mais ils sont très solides, tous sont au courant du dossier client et travaillent tous dessus et il n’y a pas de “oui mais c’est pas moi qui est en charge de votre dossier et la personne n’est pas la blablabla” et ça c’est une très grande force.
