They won the league twice in two seasons, gaining promotion to the WSL2, and they are giving a good account of themselves there too… …but can you buy a kit with a WSL2 patch, or with your favourite female player’s name on the back? No! They almost never get mentioned in the WhatsApp channel, and the app News feed is all about yesterday’s PL game rather than looking forward to today’s WFA Cup clash. Do better by us lasses Forest! ### 2/5 — Dreadful Update *2025-12-22, version 3.3.1* Absolutely awful update, whatever you press takes you to the shop. Sort it out please. ### 3/5 — Not perfect but huge a improvement!! *2025-12-10, version 3.3.1* The latest update is a HUGE improvement on the previous version! Still not perfect but at least it's readable. Much better Forest! CMON YOU REDS!! Who ever designed the layout for this update has given a single thought to how it actually appears on a device, I have reasonable vision, I don't require glasses and I can't see a single word on the screen, there is no gesture to enlarge anything and the choice of text colour doesn't help either. There is absolutely no chance in hell my dad will be able see a thing in the app. This is an official club app and they want us to make more use of it? Need to be able to see it first! Inclusion is the buzz word at City Ground past few seasons, well this is far from inclusive or accessible for most people! Oh and please stop the constant pop-up ads that appear EVERY TIME, very annoying, especially when it's a pop-up advertising the very page you're attempting to view! They also don't adapt landscape/portrait mode so most of the time you can't even close them ! Biggest set back is that it doesn’t remember where you are when watching games in Forest TV. Also, a lot of the older games have zero commentary or graphics. Why does it need to log out? Tickets… you have an app… why do I need to log in to an app, then log in to a website from the app… you’re developers couldn’t Integrate the shop or ticket sales? I have to log on about 5 times just to get anything, and the ticket sales then end up to be buggy as sht anyway. Its like nobody tests the app before just pushing it out. My grandson is taking his son to Wembley on Friday. Could be disappointed! I checked and it is definitely at Wembley. This has been on the app for a couple of days and no one has corrected it. Sometimes, the information shown is out of date by two or three days! BBC Sport always up to speed! ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2024-09-14, version 3.2.3* It keeps on kicking me out the app the second I press on it. It needs fixing for gods sake ### 1/5 — Audio requires app open. Please fix! *2024-08-31, version 3.2.1* The app was generally pretty reliable last season. Recent update has completely killed it in terms of listening to the commentary we pay good money for. You must now keep the app open (cannot switch away) and cannot lock the screen. Otherwise commentary stops. A longer standing issue is that it appears to not be using usual audio APIs and so you cannot control things like Airplay as you would expect. App also aggressively logs you out and logging back in is very annoying. Fans pay a decent amount of money for what should be a simple service: stream audio commentary for those not in range of Radio Nottm. That it can no longer do this without being hostile to the user is really not on. ### 1/5 — Audio error message *2024-08-31, version 3.2.1* I live outside of the Nottingham radio border so I subscribe for the commentary mainly. When I click to listen to a live match all I get is an error saying I don’t have the correct entitlements. Not sure why ? ### 1/5 — Awful screen lock for commentary *2024-08-19, version 3.2.1* The most recent update of this app renders it useless when listening to audio commentary. You can’t navigate away and open a different app without losing the commentary. This is useless if you are out and about whilst trying to follow a game. Worse still is that there is a screen lock. You can’t even close the audio commentary screen, without losing it. This is such a battery drain and quite dangerous when it comes to overheating. I managed the first half of the Bournemouth match on my iPhone before the battery died on me. Please sort this out ASAP. I’ve paid good money for the Forest audio comm.
