Very very very poor customer service
This app has almost no customer support. It asks you to leave a message and you never get a reply.
There is no live support and the support page doesn’t even exist for you if your account has an issue. I tried to buy iTunes. Kept failing. And surprisingly my account gets blocked. There is no way to reach support or use any of their service. How does a financial platform not have support at allll??

This is the worst virtual card ive ever used in my life … No complains cuz, the app is a complain..
Assistance not working even during working hours
I subscribed for a virtual bank account but they keep telling me to contact assistance to activate my account but all the time they assistance is always offline even when you report a problem they won’t reply they keep punching messages like you need to fund your card if not it will get deleted
This is the most ridiculous app and it’s a scam 🚨🚨
I made a deposit to this app to be sent to my card and it’s over 2 to 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received. After submitting several complaints I still haven’t gotten any reply from them.

I can’t seem to use my card, deposit into my card or withdraw money from my account. You guys keep on suspending my account what is the issue with your service??

This is totally unacceptable, how would I try to withdraw money from my card into my Noupia account and you disable my account and block me from contacting support? I need this resolved immediately
Fix your app
I just made a $400 deposit into my nuptia card and it had been taken out of my balance but it does not appear in my card! What is going on?

Transaction still pending after 10hrs
I made a deposit yesterday from my account to UBA card till now it still shows pending clicked on the emergency button but gotten no response rather they say my transaction is not valid plus I’ve reported the problem several times but still yet no response. I need my money refunded back or top update in my balance!!!
