My money is safe with them ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Nobody should use this app called Noupia they scam people *2026-06-03, version 2.1* Hello everyone my full name is Youngwe Jerry Tambe a user of the app called Noupia .I want the whole world to know my experience with this app.The owners or creators of this app debited $36 from the card I was using and refused to return the money instead they asked me to delete the card and then told me that I should create another card paying another a sum of 2500frs .When I asked them about my $36 that they debited from my card they replied to me that they will send the money to my Noupia main account of which it is more than months now Noupia have not refunded me the money of which they accepted to refund.At this point why should a legit company take money from users and later finds it difficult to refundnack the money,?This money that was debited from my card was not even authorized by me cuz I didn’t do any online transactions instead I planned to make online transactions a week before Noupia decided to debit the money from my card.So please share this review with everyone who does online transactions using virtual card and so Noupia is not to be trusted .They are no more legit because if they were legit the money the debited from my card without my approval would have been returned back into my account and why should they remove money from users card without the users approval .Please share this post with everybody on all the social media platforms.Let us bring this App down because the app is no more beneficial to us.I will post on all the social media platforms so that the whole world can see and know that Noupia is a scam. ### 1/5 — Very very very poor customer service *2025-12-04, version 2.1* This app has almost no customer support. It asks you to leave a message and you never get a reply. There is no live support and the support page doesn’t even exist for you if your account has an issue. I tried to buy iTunes. Kept failing. And surprisingly my account gets blocked. There is no way to reach support or use any of their service. I made an account here in a whim and didn’t activate my debit card or put money in the account for a while after I had it. I totally regret that now! I’ve been using my account for around a month now and Noupia is just so amazingly helpful. The app makes me feel so much more in the know and Noupia as a bank does make me feel financially cared for. Sending alerts that easy/quick to read, even including little emojis, something you wouldn’t think would make much difference right? It does. Little details like this (for me anyways) made it so it’s not as scary or daunting to get alerts where with other big banks I would turn them off. Another sweet little thing is if you go to a restaurant or salon, somewhere where a tip is required, as soon as the merchant swipes your card you get your update but Noupia includes what the 15% tip would be. So simple, such a huge difference. Gah they give me all the warm and fuzzies. Making banking and finances so approachable.
