Did two sizable orders and prepaid back before Christmas. Didn’t get my points. Called the customer service department. They said they would look into it. I had to send them a screenshot of the order and a screenshot it went through on my bank account. February 6th, I’ve heard nothing. A government employee works faster than that. Haven’t gone back nor ordered anything since.
