### 1/5 — New UI is unbearable

*2026-08-23, version 1.37.0*

I’d been using Nourish for about six months before the latest design update. It was great. Logged meals constantly, and then went back through to see where I’m at, macro-wise, during the day.

Now I’m finding it hard to bring myself to open the app because the new interface is nearly useless for anything other than initial logging. If I can’t easily see what I’ve logged, what’s the point?

### 4/5 — Meal entry

*2026-08-22, version 1.37.0*

This is a good app but would be great if I could scan bar code of my yogurt or protein drink

### 2/5 — Does not inform charges

*2026-08-22, version 1.37.0*

Overpriced and do not inform you that they will charge you 300dls for a 15 min appointment with the dietitian. This is totally unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2026-08-21, version 1.37.0*

Horrible customer service they refuse to talk to my insurance company. My insurance company explained that they don’t need prior authorization for my insurance but they refuse to listen. They are being very difficult and they canceled my appointment without telling me. I don’t recommend this app for anyone I was hoping to have a good experience with this app but am so frustrated with the way they handle situation.

### 5/5 — Easy to track

*2026-08-20, version 1.37.0*

I have never kept a food diary in my life until now and the added support of a dietician who bills to my insurance seals the deal. I love everything about this app, I just wish it synced to my Google health app instead fo the dumb apple health app as I wear a Fitbit fitness tracker.

### 3/5 — Update is way worse

*2026-08-20, version 1.37.0*

I usually don’t write bad reviews. If something bothers me or I don’t like it, I just stop using it or send it back, but I wanted to give my honest opinion on here about my disappointment in the new app updates. If nothing else, I hope that if the app developers are committed to user feedback they will take the time to read actual customers reviews and adjust accordingly. In the last 6 months or so, it seems that the app has undergone two major updates that have progressively made the app harder to use, more confusing, and less “user friendly.”
We are all busy. The last thing we want to do multiple times a day is have to open an app at every mealtime and clumsily navigate through a set of unclear (and small) buttons just to track our macros. We want simple, clear, and easy instructions right on the home page. We want to open it up and see where we are at for the day and how we are doing. We want to be able to open the app and snap a picture as easily as we can without having to click through several pages or tabs to get there. The new, small buttons in the corner make it much harder to do this, and easier to accidentally click the wrong one. We don’t need the entire AI summary of every meal we have. Nobody cares about that. We want to open it and see very easily where we stand for the day and make decisions for ourselves about our next meal. If we want ideas or guidance, we should have a tab that we can navigate to on our own. Please consider going back to the previous versions where calories, hydration, and macro breakdowns were at the top of the home page clearly visible and easily accessible. It was easy to open the app and take a quick glance to see how many calories you had left for the day, and you could navigate seamlessly throughout each day prior. I enjoyed using the app then. Now I dread it. In my opinion, the new update is so unnecessary and full of useless information that I don’t want to read all day long. I am considering canceling my subscription altogether if this trend continues..

### 4/5 — Food selection option

*2026-08-19, version 1.37.0*

I like the simplicity of the Nourish app I get apprehensive about the accuracy of the data.

### 1/5 — Avoid the hidden fees

*2026-08-19, version 1.37.0*

I’d avoid this app. It’s super helpful don’t get me wrong but if you miss one appointment with your nutritionist be prepared to pay $75. That’s how they get you. An outrageous sum for 1 teams call that is missed.

### 5/5 — Pleasantly surprised!

*2026-08-18, version 1.37.0*

I just joined and I already have my first appointment set for my dietitian. And the app prompts for what I like and or what I want more information about. It has also given me some great Mel ideas to build my protein intake and how to meet target goals. So far very impressed!

### 1/5 — AI has problems. Humans are ok.

*2026-08-17, version 1.37.0*

Nourish AI needs to go back to school. AI has a lot of problems with evaluating fiber and protein in foods. There is a lot of wasted space in the app reminding you of irrelevant facts. The best part of Nourish are the human dietitians.
