## What is Nourish Friends?

Friendships don't fade because you stop caring — they fade because life
gets busy. Nourish Friends helps you stay connected to the people who
matter most.

Every friend in your garden has a health score that reflects how
recently you've been in touch. Log a hangout, a phone call, or even a
quick text to boost their health. Neglect them, and they'll slowly fade
— eventually becoming a ghost.

HOW IT WORKS

Add the friends you want to nurture. Each one gets a living creature
avatar that reflects how your relationship is doing — from thriving and
bouncing with joy, to fading and lonely, to a ghost floating at the
edges of your screen.

- Thriving — You're keeping in touch. Your friend is happy.
- Content — Things are good, but it's been a little while.
- Lonely — They're starting to fade. Time to reach out.
- Help! — This friendship needs attention now.
- Ghost — You've lost touch. But it's never too late.

STAY IN TOUCH YOUR WAY

Log interactions however you connect — in-person hangouts, phone calls,
texts, or social media. Each one gives your friendship a health boost.
Quick-log with one tap, or add notes and dates for a more detailed
record.
