## What is Nourish Notes?

Nourish Care provides systems for managing social care.

Nourish Notes is a simple, easy to use note taking app for carers and the community to very quickly and easily log interactions regarding the care of a patient, friend or loved-one.

All interactions are sync'd automatically with our cloud management software and contribute to the person-centred care activity that Nourish Care is so passionate about.

Key Features include:

* Offline use and automatic sync'ing when re-connecting to network
