Nourish with Sim is based on our founder, Simrun Chopra’s simple philosophy of ‘mindful eating’. It revolves around the integration of exercise with realistic eating habits to create a balanced health & fitness-oriented approach that is easy to implement.

Our programs focus on you. They work with the foods that you are familiar with and eat every day, removing the need to make drastic changes to the way you eat and live. The programs are easy to follow and have no preset conditions. No fancy ingredients. No unnecessary expenditure.

The app is not working properly, buttons doesn’t click, hanging at every step. Even if u have taken a course , due to this app their entire program is becoming less effective. Very disappointing

I have been using this app for one of enrolled program with sim . Finding is very convenient and user friendly . It’s the app for the one who is looking to have all their fitness goals tracked from water intake to nutritional receipes .

This is my 3rd time with Simrun’s program and I have been totally amazed by the way she works around to inculcate amazing lifestyle changes. How normal home food can coupled with workout can help in shaping your body is something this program has taught me. The nutritionists are very prompt with solving whatever queries I have at any point of time. Joining Reboot program has been a life changing decision for me.

This is my second time with Nourish with Sim
and I will be honest, the first time around I was not consistent and disciplined and the onus is all on me. I joined them the second time and this was the first time I was introduced to the app and I think it definitely helped me to be accountable and stay on track.. Weekly progress, easy access to the meal plans and even recipes, workouts, entering daily intake of water and even steps has been a game changer. Direct access to the nutritionist who is ever willing and guides so well is the icing on the cake..It all smoothly fits into the lifestyle..  I have gained more knowledge on how to stay healthy and of course the change in the way I eat and the way I look and feel is amazing.. I may have lost weight (approx 7 kg) and along with that gained more strength, confidence, energy and happy hormones.. Totally recommend it!

This is the best diet journey I have had. I have just lost 3.1 kgs in a month. Apart from the weight I have increased my stamina and reduced my cravings incredibly. This is the most sustainable diet I have followed. They give personalized plans for each person and a dedicated dietician for each customer. 
My dietician is Shriya and she is so helpful. She checks on me everyday and motivates me. If there any problems I am facing she gives quick home remedies which are very helpful!

I would totally recommend this app for weight loss and overall wellness journey :)

I have been with them for a while and lost a lot of weight. They are extremely flexible with their meal plans. I love that there is a real nutritionist and person on the other end to ask questions. I have had a great time working with the nourish with sim team :)
