Lors de la consultation d’une réservation, le champ “Nom” ne fonctionne pas : impossible de retrouver le dossier en saisissant le nom de famille. En revanche, si l’on saisit le prénom à la place, la réservation est immédiatement trouvée. À défaut de corriger le bug, il faudrait au minimum renommer le libellé du champ. Je pense que ce problème est également à l’origine d’un second bug, qui empêche l’enregistrement en ligne. En effet, comme la réservation n’est retrouvée qu’avec le prénom, le scan du passeport renvoie ensuite une erreur indiquant que le nom du passeport ne correspond pas à celui de la réservation. En résumé : 1. Pour retrouver une réservation, il faut saisir le prénom dans le champ “Nom”. 2. Pour l’enregistrement en ligne, inutile d’insister : l’application ne fonctionne pas et ne permet pas de finaliser la procédure ### 1/5 — Attention aux problèmes de paiement et au manque de transparence *2026-06-16* L’application ne contient pas suffisamment de détails. Selon leur service client, il faut toujours appeler avant de réserver pour obtenir plus d’informations. Au moment du paiement, il y a régulièrement des problèmes : l’argent est débité, mais la transaction n’est pas validée. Il faut alors recommencer la procédure et attendre le remboursement du montant prélevé. ### 1/5 — Tbo *2026-06-06, version 7.8.1* It is not possible to scan the passport. Consequently, the check-in process cannot be completed. ### 1/5 — Online checkin *2026-05-31, version 7.8.0* An online checkin feature is not that complicated, if you’re unable to scan your id, you can just let the user enter their details through the input fields you are providing. Unable to scan my documents because of a faulty feature, should not prevent me from completing an online checkin process. Also please update the my trips tab or just remove it. Showing my trips or my tickets is the same thing, no need to enter a PNR and a Surname( you are worried about multiple requests, use a cache … ) . ### 1/5 — Fausse facturation *2026-05-19* Ben ont a l enregistrement meme si vous payez les bagage en faite la compagnie cherche a savoir ce qui y a dans les bagage meme si les kilo sont payée ben eu prennent des sous s’il savant que vous avez un pc ou une tv ou une machine a café c’est comme la douane. Et se justifie en disant que vue que c’est des bagage fragile ont ajoute des franchise de 50-60 ou 80€ part article donc faite très trahison si vous prenez cette compagnie c’est pire que transavia. Cela ne fonctionne pas, autant à l’aller qu’au retour.
