When a discount comes out every dam thing is sold out, can’t even save the order with the discount, almost as if they stop the orders on purpose. How are you “luxury” with swap-meet customer service and delivery to both product and customer. I just don’t understand why it takes so long to see if I can get a replacement piece which (I’m willing to pay for). This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Your guy’s warranty is also terrible for the amount of money these glasses go for. It really doesn’t make sense. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and get the runaround through emails for weeks now. Buyer beware this company and the people running it do not know how to handle or run it. If you can’t solve simple customer issues then I don’t think you guys deserve to be in business. The way I feel whenever I put them on, I’ve received so many compliments! These are super high quality! I’m impressed by the craftsmanship and everybody says I look studious and fly in the Dave East Blue collection frames!
