This app is nuts. It’s the only app I’ve come across that will sync with every conceivable wearable or piece of medical data and incorporate this into an action plan. Ai under the hood is insane. I use it daily.

I started using NOVA as someone very interested in longevity and bio hacking. The app has focused me on a much more effective protocol for mobility, strength, and nutrition. It also predicted some severe nutritional deficiencies which I subsequently confirmed with a lab test.

I’ve lost about 10lbs of fat and gained between 5-10lbs of muscle. I rebalanced my diet and started taking some medication and supplements to correct the nutrient deficiencies and I have much better energy.

It takes a bit of work to get used to but after a couple weeks it became very low stress and easy and the results are unmistakable.
