## What is Nova IQ?

It's a mobile workforce and HR management client application designed for a broad audience of individuals and organizations.

The app is a secure client that connects to external backend systems using a server URL and user credentials provided during registration. It supports multiple deployment scenarios, including organizations using Odoo as well as companies or individuals using the NOVA HR backend system. The app is not restricted to any single company or closed user group.

Users can sign up directly within the app and request access. Accounts are not pre-assigned to any specific organization, and any individual or company can register and use the system once their account is approved through the platform’s standard review process.

The application operates entirely online and serves as an interface for workforce and HR workflows provided by the connected backend system.
