Have to log with otp every time ### 1/5 — Severe Address Validation & Checkout Issues in the App *2026-01-15, version 2.2.31* The product quality and delivery service are generally good, but the digital experience is very disappointing. I deleted the address completely and re-entered it multiple times, including correctly selecting the delivery location on the map with a valid Saudi National Address and confirmed latitude and longitude. Despite this, the app continues to block checkout with an address validation error. This clearly points to a backend or synchronization issue rather than a user mistake. What makes this worse is the way issues are reported and escalated. The process is very primitive, with no clear guidance, no effective resolution path, and no sense of ownership from a customer experience perspective. The UX/UI around address handling and checkout needs serious enhancement. For a leading company in the industry, such issues should not be tolerated. They rescheduled delivery due to incompetent driver 5 times and delayed delivery more than 7 days. Driver keep claiming to have reach my address 4 separate attempts but he never actually came and I rechecked my CCTV to ensure that and confirmed that he is a dam liar. I have shared with him picture of the house and location from google maps just to make sure that he doesn’t have anymore excuses but still delayed delivery until I raised a complaint with Nova. On the other hand, Nova customer service doesn’t seem to bother with checking customers feedback as I have not received any reply from them and the call center just asking me when I wanted to be delivered. They did not offer an apology or try to hear my complaint. This is the last time I pay for their product.
