I don’t know if any stakeholder from nova has actually seen the app its self. I would be ashamed of having this app under my company.  Please take a look at more modern examples for apps, or have Claude redesign your app as I am sure it would be better!

Working remotely and losing internet without any notifications from Nova. Contacted the support and it’s takes long time to reach someone incompetent taking more time to send a poor message saying that they are aware about the technical issue. If you are aware, first notify us customers and secondly send your poor template answer quicker. You must provide better services as long as we pay the bills on time! Total disappointment + my router is already very slow as it takes about 7 minutes to synch. Thanks to Vodafone mobile I can work properly!
