Make it simpler with the card. Complicated way to login. ### 3/5 — The app user friendly but the services not working! *2024-08-21, version 5.0.14* I transferred my mobile and internet to Nova a week ago and had a contract and everything.. the App showed me my contract plan unlimited all active but the mobile data is not working and no internet!! the only way i use internet is by connecting to home Wifi which effects my work productivities. Also the delay to activate the fiber optic causes me more stress than usual.. hope they act faster and fix this. ### 4/5 — Bad new update *2024-08-01, version 5.0.13* The new update is confusing, as in you need to navigate through a lot of pages to get where you want. Every time I click on the app it kicks me out. I have tried to delete it and download it again but nothing seems to work. The last upgrade stops after the SMS verification. Disgustingly horrible app. You made updates and now it’s even worse than what it was. Instead of simplifying it, you have managed to add additional irrelevant steps. Congratulations, you win an award for stupidity. 21st century and everything is worse. Not to mention I waited more than 24h for the activation of an eSIM. Even before, the app only works perfectly when you press to pay. I would be ashamed of having this app under my company. Please take a look at more modern examples for apps, or have Claude redesign your app as I am sure it would be better! ### 1/5 — Poor service *2025-06-19, version 5.2.10* Working remotely and losing internet without any notifications from Nova. Contacted the support and it’s takes long time to reach someone incompetent taking more time to send a poor message saying that they are aware about the technical issue. If you are aware, first notify us customers and secondly send your poor template answer quicker. You must provide better services as long as we pay the bills on time! Total disappointment + my router is already very slow as it takes about 7 minutes to synch. Thanks to Vodafone mobile I can work properly! ### 1/5 — Extra GB *2025-05-04, version 5.2.9* When trying purchasing extra GB unlimited for 30 days without automatic renewal each month is not possible. It’s only possible to purchase with an automatic renewal each month. Is this a trick to get this extra money every month regardless if I need the GB or not? I am looking for an easier way to pay my bills, but this app always shows error no many how many times I try to reinstall. ### 1/5 — Avoid this company, go for Vodafone *2025-01-27, version 5.2.5* They are the worse company that exists. After exactly 12months the speed went from 12-13PMbps to 4mbps and i called to ask why as it was overnight and i got as answer: the coper in your area is consumed overtime... yeah the coper in my area got consumed overnight. Additionally, tried changing from Vodafone to Nova my mobile number and they lied about the data being unlimited in Greece and also within the EU like i already had with Vodafone and i downloaded the App made an account and i see package data 50GB. i thought i signed up for unlimited... asked for a manager and she of course protected the employee saying that he informed me accordingly and maybe it was a language barrier... em... numbers are the same... i don't think the language barrier was the issue. changed back to Vodafone. Fiber from Nova came to my building. Made a contract Summer 2024. They said it will take 2-3 months to be completed. They forgot to put a box in my floor... They came to install it a week ago. Made a new contract and nothing has happened. Was told in 2 days will receive a new contract to sign and nothing yet. Oh did i tell y'all about the first fiber contract being a terrible experience as this company would not accept a local ID card and an international passport and an ID from a different country... i guess they have their own policy... Overall terrible experience. Reaching out to customer service takes ages... and it is rare to be served in English. They had an email and they removed it, it is only chat support now and if they call you for any requests you will make they will call for literally 5 seconds and then as soon as i say hi or Geia they hang up and then email saying we tried to call but no reply... Since the change from Wind to Nova I think the good service they had once upon a time was taken by the wind... literally. The level of anger and hate towards this company is so big i would like to make a Netflix series out of it called: "The Chronicles of Nova." Shame on you... Want to fix things? Apparently I cannot access my account via the app on an iPhone.
