I wasted 10 minutes trying to scan the QR code, then thought to just enter the serial number, but there’s no way to type it in. Useless!

Instructions are not clear. Spent way too much time trying to figure out how to input serial number/scan code etc. (in what sequence) and nothing worked. So I left. Too bad bc this EV station is convenient to where I live.

I tried entering the serial number and the setup button wasn’t available. I tried scanning the QR code and it takes me to apple pay. I hold my phone on the scanner and it starts beeping but doesn’t do anything when I double tap the power button. Chargepoint works with no issues as does other apple pay options.

I tried calling the listed number and I was put on hold once someone answered.

Easiest app I’ve used for charging my EV. It’s extremely smooth with no bugs and has all the info I need. Highly recommend!
