App hasn’t worked to log in for weeks now. Customer service is useless and going in circles with me. When I tell them that I was instructed to contact them they just tell me the last time i logged in USING THE WEB BROWSER. Not doing my FSA through NOVA after this year, i’ve had nothing but problems either with my card or logins since day one.
