## What is NovaPath Coach?

Know what's actually driving your hard days — and what genuinely helps on the good ones.

Most people can feel that something's off, but not what's causing it. NovaPath Coach turns a few words a day into real evidence: which habits line up with your better days, what keeps repeating on the hard ones, and whether the small change you tried this week is actually working. Not a mood score, not a diagnosis — your own recorded days, read back to you honestly.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Check in with energy, mood, and stress, then ask the coach to help you make sense of it
• Talk to your coach any time — an open conversation, or a guided look at one difficult situation from five angles
• Take a Pause — breathe, walk, meditate, stretch, or nap — logged in one tap, as many times a day as you need
• Build habits and goals, with today's progress shown at a glance
• See possible patterns only when your records support them
• Try one small change for a week, then decide: keep it, adjust it, or let it go
• Keep all writing stored on your iPhone

NOVAPATH PRO

The useful core remains free. Pro unlocks guided reflections, your full Pattern Map history, weekly reflection, and small-change experiments.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Your entries stay on your device. NovaPath has no account or app server, and coaching uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models on supported devices. This is a private wellbeing reflection tool, not medical or mental-health care. It does not diagnose or provide treatment. If your writing suggests an immediate crisis, the app points to real-world help instead of trying to handle it.
