Achtung dort nichts buchen! - Beschwerden werden abgewiesen trotz Dokumentation durch Fotos. Wir dachten man ist dort gut aufgehoben, genau das Gegenteil ist die Wahrheit! Nie wieder Novasol. Über 600,- ausgegeben und es war unter aller Sau!

Trotz neuem Update und neu anmelden kann ich plötzlich nicht mehr auf gespeicherte Objekte zugreifen. Wenn ich über die Karte gucke sehe ich gespeicherte Objekte. Nur der schnelle Zugriff auf diese funktioniert leider gar nicht. Was leider die Suche erschwert

Leider kann ich mich nicht anmelden. Es kommt immer nur eine Fehlermeldung, dass es bald behoben wird auch ein erneutes Löschen der App und wieder installieren der App, hilft leider nicht. Ich hatte die App schon vor ein paar Monaten installiert und wegen den Problemen gelöscht.. Leider wurde das Problem bis heute nicht behoben. App wird wieder gelöscht.

Ich finde es schade, dass in der heutigen Zeit, Apps noch immer nicht für alle Geräte optimiert werden. Leider ist dies bei Novasol genauso. Keine Optimierung für iPad. Damit ist man mehr oder weniger dazu gezwungen, auf den Browser auszuweichen. Schade!

### 1/5 — Kaum Funktionen, keine echte App

Leider praktisch nutzlos. Nahezu jede Aktion öffnet lediglich eine externe Website im Browser – die App selbst bietet keinerlei echten Mehrwert.

Die Suchfunktion ist völlig unbrauchbar: Es gibt zum Beispiel keine Möglichkeit, gezielt nach einem Ort per Name zu suchen. Insgesamt wirkt die App wie eine bloße Hülle ohne Funktionalität.

Sehr enttäuschend – so ist die App leider keine Hilfe bei der Urlaubsplanung
