It just keeps circling and won’t let me in unless I keep trying. It’s difficult to make an edeposit with it because it can’t capture the image. With the most recent update, it no longer lets me view my actual Novation credit card statement—only a summary. Cannot open or print a statement, even though the buttons are there to do so. It just blips but nothing happens. Tried repeatedly. I checked the Downloads folder, thinking it might be there. Nope. Every time I open the credit card portion, it goes through a “wait” cycle then tells me to add a card to continue. The card is already there—I can see it behind the pop up! I cancel and go on, but it’s really annoying to have to do this every single time.
