Unfortunately I didn’t pay any attention to the reviews here when downloading and registering. 
Signed up as normal. Access was blocked for me right from the first deposit from my other business. Thanks God deposit was small. 
And yes my personal and business info was stolen by them since I have my credit protection monitoring and I was alerted of the leak. 
The support have just one and only option to get in touch with, just one email. That should be very much a red flag for you guys!
Run away!
And people who lost more moneys than me with them just call the police on them don’t waste your time. 
That’s a complete and organized scam!

They steal your personal information do not install this app, report them to blue ridge bank, they are a fraud, and they only accept persons from usa, and any other country they steal your information to sell, even persons from usa reported that they are a scam, please use better apps like wise, payoneer, passbook, stripe,
