Cannot change clock face. Useless app for expensive purchase.

Very buggy app, crashes often and will not switch clock between 12 / 24 hour clock configuration even though developers say it will.
It’s disappointing to say the least. Wish I would not have bought this clock, if you can return yours I would recommend it, it will only frustrate you.

The clock is beautifully made and looks great. App connects and works. Not totally intuitive, but that’s ok. I’d love to have an option of turning the clock off at night manually or preferably with a schedule. Another option that would be great is ability to adjust the brightness of the screens. It’s a bit too bright at night.

Hi there 
Nice app allows control of the really nice pseudo nixie lamp clock.
The only improvement that comes to mind would be if when you set up a custom number font it was stored within the app replacing the existing fonts.
Allowing multiple custom fonts to be stored within the app.
As only one custom is stored on the clock it is a pain to have to lock in all 10 numbers every time you want to change to one of your desired custom fonts.

A simple update to the app would be all that is required.

Just received a NovelLife clock (Jan 2023) and this version of the app connected without any issues (I never needed to use a password to connect to the clocks wifi). 

Simple and easy 👍
