Ultimate scam! This does not bode well with if anyone decides to take legal action against you for it. But I admit that I messed up when I downloaded this app without first checking out the reviews. It must have been a seriously off day or something because I am now stuck trying to make sure the auto renewal of a subscription I don’t want is cancelled by the company and trying to get a refund for all the payments they’ve received. There seriously is no way to cancel this subscription as claimed in their Terms of Service because it doesn’t show on my list of subscriptions in my Apple account. I just hope my request reaches someone who will do the right thing and cancel the auto renewal and refund my money. ### 1/5 — Don’t subscribe through Apple *2025-02-17, version 1.3.0* I tried to resubscribe to this app to get the unlimited stories another week. I reactivated my subscription through my subscription page on my phone rather than through the app. The app doesn’t recognize that I resubscribed. Also it doesn’t mark your place in the story well. ### 1/5 — Wish I could give 0 stars *2025-02-08, version 1.3.0* Stupid that you have to pay real money to even finish a book you get the first five free and then the rest you have to pay for they put out all of these ads with parts of the books on them to get you hooked and want to read it but don’t tell you that you have to pay real money just to be able to finish the app needs to be removed from the App Store because this is ridiculous plus some of the stories are stolen and are almost identical to the ones that are on Wattpad that are completely free to read ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-06, version 1.3.0* If I could give 0 stars I would. I did the one week trial at $.29 so I could finish the story I started since there is no way to get past the first 5 chapters without paying. No way to earn coins for more chapters. Nothing. I attempted to cancel the service by the 7th day. But my credit card was charged $14.99 anyway. Contacted the app and they responded asking for my PayPal email associated with payment. I replied and have not received refund. A week later my card was charged again. Emailed them again and no response. Finally had to dispute with PayPal with screenshots of the communication with the “seller” to get my $ back. Can’t swipe through chapters and the app doesn’t save progress read. You get the first five chapters free but then you have use ACTUAL money to unlock characters. There’s no daily check in for coins or bonuses. It’s absolutely ridiculous, it would be different if there was a choice to pay for coins but no. I also noticed that there is no search or discovery feature. And by looking at the other reviews it seems as if the developers don’t even care for this app, if I could I’d give it zero stars ### 1/5 — SCAM! *2025-01-10, version 1.3.0* Do NOT use this. It says you can use a “visitor” account and charge you but then you CANNOT cancel it. It is not even in your subscriptions to cancel. When you try to cancel it in the app, it says you cannot cancel visitor subscriptions. The app says you can cancel subscription at any time just for it to say it doesn’t support cancellation. I had to call my banks and block the merchant because they won’t let me cancel and keep trying to take my funds ### 1/5 — Reconsider Any Puchases *2025-07-16, version 1.3.1* I usually check reviews but I didn’t on this one, my own fault. I cancelled my WEEKLY subscription after learning it was $14.99 (the initial week was $.29), the app immediately blocked access to the paid access, but continued to charge my account. I can’t even go in to the app to contact anyone anymore about canceling and refunding me, trying to get PayPal to block them from charging me anymore weekly fees but this is now week three of the app removing funds. It’s not worth it at all. Luckily for me there was no money on that card so it’s still pending but there’s no way to contact them to cancel it. After a week, they charged me $14.99! I immediately requested for refund and until now, I didn’t hear anything from them. I didn’t even get to read any novels from the app since I was so confused by the novels included in it. And to be charged automatically without any warning that the amount will be different from my initial subscription.
