I think the variety is amazing but the shipping cost, time it takes to receive an order and the communication from Customer Service really needs to improve. There needs to be time penalties for suppliers if they can’t get them to the company on time. I realise an ETA is an estimated time of arrival, but when your website says it takes a few days to receive from the supplier and it actually takes weeks, that’s not good enough. No clear explanation or breakdown of the deductions was ever provided. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Their return process is not transparent, and I would never buy from Novelship again. Buyers should be extremely cautious. ### 1/5 — Express delivery is not punctual at all *2026-03-20, version 1.80.0* I had a competition last week and I really needed these shoes because my old spikes were banned (old model). I paid over $80 for delivery because it said the shoes would arrive before my competition at the latest. However, they arrived 3 days after the competition and 5 days later than the expected delivery date. They also didn’t offer a refund or a proper solution and kept giving unhelpful responses. Because of this, I would not trust this company’s delivery service at all!!! ### 1/5 — Useless shop *2026-03-19, version 1.80.0* Very disappointing experience with Novelship. They sent my parcel to the wrong address, which was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to provide any compensation—there was not even any offer of compensation at all. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach. Responses are slow, and when they do reply, they don’t actually resolve the issue. Overall, the whole process has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability.
