I began a book, got to chapter 50 something & now would have to click next chapter until I got back to my last page. This app needs a new update to fix these problems. Multiple users have expressed the same issues. ### 2/5 — Great stories-bad app *2024-08-04* I love that I can find most of the books I am looking for BUT after I read a few chapters I’ll reopen the app and the book is completely gone! If I look it up and “add to library” or “read now” the entire app crashes. Force quitting the app or restarting my phone doesn’t fix it. I have to completely delete the app then redownload it ### 2/5 — Good content lots of bugs *2024-07-16* Things that crash the app: - adding a book to your library - trying to go to a particular chapter in the chapter list Things that are weird - ads having an x to close but the space is not clickable (have to turn my phone to landscape to close the ad) - no bookmarking to remember your place - No page turn option instead of scroll - no iPad app This is the only place I can find the book I’m reading that doesn’t cost $$$$ so I’ll stick with it. The story I’m reading is very good but I have to remember what chapter I’m reading so I can go back when I want to continue the book. After I type in the book name and try to add it to my library the app keeps crashing. If they fix this problem then it would have a better review. The app continually crashes whenever I click the “add to library” button, or the chapter selection button, generally clicking on anything can lead to it crashing. It doesn’t keep track of what you read or where you are in the story so I am constantly loosing my place or even the book simply because the app just shuts down. But the fact that it force closes every time I try to add the book to my library is annoying. Since it doesn’t add to library I have to try to remember what chapter I left off on because every time I close the app my progress is gone. ### 1/5 — The only thing this app is good at is crashing *2024-10-11* I found a novel that I liked online but was only able to read to chapter 44 until I was pressured to get this app so I could keep reading. It worked once, but now it crashes constantly. I can’t add anything to my library and every time I try to get back to the chapter I was on in the novel, it crashes. It kicks me out and then every time I try to open the next chapter it crashes again. It’s to bad too because I was enjoying both book. There were a few grammar issues, but if I don’t care. Yes the editing is not the best, but it’s definitely legible. The story lines are captivating, very little ads, and no coins to purchase for chapters. I absolutely love this app, and will recommend it to anyone looking for entertaining storylines. The only improvement I can suggest, is to allow the reader to review or grade a novel. ### 5/5 — Amazing app!!! *2024-07-29* I love this app!! I’m perfectly fine with the ads they aren’t too annoying or in your face and the books I’m looking for are free. Sometimes a bit behind, but they are free. I’m sure if a cheap thing was added to remove all ads I’d pay it. But I’m so happy to have this app. Use it a lot. Also if possible please add something to keep track of what chapter we are on. I’ve closed the app a few times and lost what chapter I was on. I’ve started lots of books on various other apps but can’t be bothered waiting for chapters/coins to continue reading, this is where this app comes in I make a note of the title and search for it here. Of course it can’t have every story on it but it has a large majority. Again it’s not perfect as some sentences don’t always make sense or are a little disjointed, but if you can look past that it’s a very handy app. ### 3/5 — . *2024-09-06* Doesn’t allow you to add books to your library, so if you are part-way through something you need to remember the title and chapter you are on every time you close the app. Some sentences also seem to be incomplete, missing or have a weird format - I don’t think this is the writer, as I found the book previously (on a paid platform) where these are complete/make sense. Sometimes words will be spaced out li Ke . This. Which makes reading a bit difficult.
