I paid for coins to further a story I like to find out you then have to buy a chapter again. No thanks.

At the beginning, I was able to read stories it.  Now, I cannot even get new stories or go to awards page.  It’s blank.  I even deleted the app and reloaded and it won’t let me sign in.  I can’t even contact anyone to help me.
