Also in Novo Qatar service of 7star food was very bad. Cold food and no cutlery no tissues after we asked many times. Dont put edamame and corn on menu unless we asked many times for it to staff. Unfortunately, the payment page is not loading, and I am unable to complete the booking. I have tried multiple times using both my phone and the website, but the issue persists. This is quite frustrating. At the very least, there should be an in-built live chat option on the Novo app and website for immediate support. I am also unsure when I can expect a response to this message. Overall, this is very disappointing and not user-friendly. The app does not work properly when the website is open in a browser. 2. At Mega Mall, the Edge 60 seats showed as available both in the browser and in the app, but I was unable to book them. I had to end up booking 50 AED seats instead, which was inconvenient. 3. The payment gateway design needs improvement — the first name and last name fields are hidden behind the keyboard, so you cannot see what you are typing. 4. After completing my booking, when I tried to leave a review and selected “Unsatisfied” with my comments, the form kept failing to submit. When I changed my review to “Satisfied” with just a “very good” comment, it went through. This makes it feel like negative feedback is not being accepted, which is disappointing.
