## What is Novo Work?

Put AI to work for your team. None of the setup.

Novo Work is a platform your team works in. Everyone gets Novo, with access to the work they can see and never more.

Talk through what you need. Novo can research, analyze information, prepare finished files and media, and build Apps your team can keep using. Comment on the result and Novo changes it. Turn work that comes back into a Routine that runs again.

• Keep files and Tables together in Drive.
• Work with Mail and Calendar on your own connected accounts.
• Meet online or transcribe an in-person conversation, with saved transcripts and recaps.
• Follow work, check results, and decide what happens next.
• Use Apps built around your team's work.
• Run Routines for repeatable work.

Saved work and Memory give the next assignment useful context. Permissions and sharing controls keep people in charge.

Use the same Workspace on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web. A Novo Work account and Workspace are required.
