App now work much better than before 

Login without any problem or errors 

Receiving SMS to U.S phone almost instantly 

Lots of options on bank website to make life easier without calling customer support 

CONS : App is still slow, lots of buffering but eventually it works 

Please Optimize the App for iPad Pro 13inch  like Millennium App..

If you’re interested in having nightmares day after day, having your money sequestered for months, being asked to send the same document over and over and over again. This is the bank for you. They closed hundreds of accounts without explanation. No matter how many documents you sent they always wanted more. I had to fly to Lisbon to resolve my problems. In short, I wouldn’t even call this working bank.

The app is difficult to access - often won’t let me log on - and the bank itself is utterly useless. For example, why is there no way to report or dispute a fraudulent transaction, either on the app or the website? I emailed my useless personal account manager and never heard back. I’ll be closing this account at a branch on Monday (tried to do this with the app online but as usual, got an error message).

Trying to login. Not working.  Tried emailing the bank and got no reply.  Tried clicking on the support link in the app and it doesn't work. This is ridiculous.

There’s no option to change the language to English before logging in. Where’s the menu button?

**Developer response:** Dear Customer, if your phone’s system language is not set to Portuguese, the App should automatically start in English.
If it does not, you can change the language after logging in, either in the App or on the website. In the App, go to the settings menu and select the "Idioma" option. On the website, access “Apresentação do Serviço” and then choose "Seleção de idioma”. Best regards, novobanco
