Keep getting a ‘error signing in’ message when all details are correct - absolutely useless. ### 1/5 — No longer able to use *2026-08-13* Previous app worked really well able to keep o. Top of finances and check repayments and balances. Despite "enabling" Face ID every single time I log in, the app ignores it and forces me back to a manual login every time it closes. To make matters worse, they use an outdated, randomized PIN entry system that feels like a chore from twenty years ago. In an era of seamless biometrics, Novuna’s tech is clunky, frustrating, and behind the times. I’m moving my business elsewhere to a company that actually understands modern UX.
