## What is NovusMED Driver?

NovusMED Driver is a multi-tenant in-vehicle application, designed to meet the requirements of organizations within non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) ecosystem including brokers, providers, managed care organizations (MCOs) and PACE programs. 

The app is available in two modes: 

1. 3rd Party Mode: Used by third party transportation providers and provides insight to a broker on how those trips are progressing. 
2. Managed Mode: Used when you have your own fleet to manage and need to stay in touch and close to all your driver and vehicles. 

The key to efficient transportation is real time management of your vehicles and seat inventory. Being able to monitor, track, and communicate in real-time leads to the best use of resources and quality outcomes. Information engagement within the app includes: 

• Manifests – with immediate updates 
• Offers of last-minute trips 
• Turn by turn instructions 
• Key member and pick up information 
• Accumulation of performance data to ease the billing process

This is a super cool app that has made my job as a driver way better! It helps me keep track of my trips and lets me talk to my bosses in real-time, which means I don't have to deal with a lot of papers or get mixed up. The app is easy to use and makes my work easier. 

You can tell that a lot of thinking went into each part of the app to help make our jobs easier every day. It also gives me updates in real-time, so I always know if anything changes. This helps me do my job faster and better.

Because of NovusMED Driver, I can spend more time taking good care of my passengers and less time dealing with paperwork. I think all drivers should have this app. It shows how things can make our jobs easier and better for our passengers. It totally deserves five stars!
