Leider ist die Usability so brutal grottig, dass alles zu spät ist. Die Beispiele sind so zahlreich, dass ich nur eines nenne: Für das Buchen eines Workspaces von Mo bis Mi müssen 3 (in Worten: drei) Anträge gestellt werden. „Von“ & „Bis“ hat es noch nicht ins Hier & Jetzt geschafft. ### 2/5 — Nach Update tot *2026-07-03* Seit dem letzten Update sieht man nach dem Anmelden nur noch ein weisses Fenster und das war’s. Vermutlich hilft deinstallieren und wieder neu registrieren. I have to be at work so that I can receive an email on my work email. I get that we need security but at the same time I need to be able to access pay stubs. The fact that I have to be at work in order to access pay stubs is extremely inconvenient. I thought this app was gonna be good, but it just boot me off all the time and makes me have to re-login every month or so. ### 2/5 — When it works, great, but when it stops working… *2026-02-10* This app regularly ceases working. It says the Home Screen is not supported. The only solution is do delete the app from my phone and reinstall. People in my workplace don’t use it much bc it keeps not working! ### 2/5 — Limited functionality *2026-01-29, version 20.7.0* This app doesn’t allow you to change status for your tickets. You also cannot select a different notification sound to make it obvious when this app has an alert. Sadly, my place of business uses this ticket system for almost everything, and it’s terrible to use as a submitter and as an agent. The Agent app is just as bad, maybe even worse.
