The quantity controller made a big mistake. The form for inputting your details is a joke. Everything is too small and narrow. The work flow takes you in endless loops. Social logins should have been used. Every time I do that I don’t get the email to reset, and yes I’ve checked my spam folders, etc. I even clicked on app support before posted this review and it led me to a message saying the page is now t available. ### 1/5 — Worst Payment Process I have ever seen *2018-02-01, version 1.4.4* I spent longer ordering on the app than walking to the store to purchase. The payment process takes you to a slow loading website that is clunky and difficult to load. No Card picture system, no access to LastPass or any keychain system to auto-fill credit card. And after 15-20 minutes of fighting with the app trying to pay, it rejects my card twice. A card I use all the time for many online payments all the time. Shocking app experience. I’m deleting the app, never to be used again! ### 1/5 — How can it not work? *2017-06-06, version 10.5* The app itself is not the most user friendly, have to log in, enter your CVV, perform a 3D secure transaction, etc. More irritating than this however is when the app comes up with some "forbidden" error message... Not much time has gone into development. In an age of pass codes, fingerprint identification and so many other forms of securing your information: you can do better. Parts of the menu go off screen and cover other parts of the menu. It’s also not clear at all how to order mains and sides together, or how the combos work. Secondly, the very first order I placed was cancelled 20 minutes after I placed it and I did NOT get a refund. To contact customer support, I have to EMAIL them like it’s 2010, no doubt to just get ignored.
