Once I turn on Face ID and try to authenticate, it prompts the PIN screen again. After entering the PIN blank screen is displayed.

This just about sums up my overall experience with SNOW. Would be nice if once the form saw my corporate domain it would redirect me to SSO. But as a consolation prize, being able to register for a ServiceNow ID with a clearly marked link would work. 

Ok fine, I’ll click “How to create a ServiceNow ID —> Step by step instructions with screen shots.”

Nope, the how-to article on creating a login requires a login to view. Can’t even be mad, thanks for the chuckle.

The app is mediocre, but I’m mainly frustrated that I had to download it in the first place. I use Now Support once or twice per year to quickly look at a record. Just let me use the desktop site on mobile.

Somewhat pointless to lock out the website to mobiles and direct them to the app when you can’t do everything in the app you can on the website.

There is no option to mark notifications as read, either you can open all one by one or delete all.
