The Now Time app has been a game changer for me. Not just as a health and fitness tracker but also supports my mental well being and creating good habits. I dumped all my other apps and focused on getting more out of this app to prioritize my me time, health and habits. Coupled with Mike Logan’s personal training I’m making headway on my goals like I never have before at a reasonable and doable pace. Love it!!
