ALWAYS breaking down. *2026-07-20, version 12.23.000* NowClinic is the most stupidest unhelpful app. if you’re wondering why im being so bitter, it’s because i can’t refill my lexapro due to this damn app being down ALL the time. A bug happens every damn week where they don’t take anyone’s insurance and won’t even waive the fee. Not only that, but customer service isn’t helpful. all you get is a “i’m sorry, do u want a ticket claim?” and the ticket claim doesn’t even do anything. I think me trying to use this app is making my mental health worse instead of fixing it.
