A bug happens every damn week where they don’t take anyone’s insurance and won’t even waive the fee. Not only that, but customer service isn’t helpful. all you get is a “i’m sorry, do u want a ticket claim?” and the ticket claim doesn’t even do anything. I think me trying to use this app is making my mental health worse instead of fixing it. Idk where everyone else is but, I’m in Las Vegas, NV! In order to be eligible for state Medicaid you can’t make over 1200$ A MONTH! Which means even at minimum wage you’re not qualifying! So, if I’m on state Medicaid UHC HPN, that should tell ya something. UHC HPN has the nerve to not allow us to go to our local urgent care’s telemed! We have to go to this one! But, there’s mysteriously a charge to see these doctors! It’s supposed to be free! But, let em tell it, there’s a glitch & you have to pay it & then when it’s fixed they’ll try to give you, your money back. How?! No income & even if I could get that money from someone, the fact that y’all are only going to “try” & not definitely give ppl their money back is illegal! This is crazy. & it’s Nowclinic’s doing! There’s no workaround. It’s a spot where you could put a coupon code. Otherwise Cancel your Appt. I missed my appointment cuz of this. I don’t understand why I have to input my credit card info since I’m not shopping or ordering anything online. I have insurance and it was 100% covered. If that is for people who are not covered, then it should let me bypass that entire page, not be stuck there for no dam reason. What kind of a stupid app forces people to enter their credit card info or you don’t get to talk with the doctor! Even though it’s entirely free! Does this make any Sense? To Anyone? ### 1/5 — SCAM SCAM SCAM *2018-09-03, version 10.4.1* Called in and had a visit with a Doctor that told me that what I was experiencing wasn’t the bronchitis I’ve been diagnosed with for years. In fact she said It was impossible that I’ve ever had bronchitis since I wasn’t a smoker. She also said since I wasn’t running a temperature I needed to just breath steam to stop the horrible cough I’d had for 4 days. She also said to “message” her if I started running a temperature and she would call in a prescription. I tried messaging her 2 days later to tell her I now had a temperature and she had her messaged shut off. I called customer service and the had her turn it on.
