Prepare your decks and go on a pilgrimage through the wasteland! Nowhere Prophet is a unique single-player card game. Travel across randomly generated maps and lead your followers in deep tactical combat. Discover new cards and build your deck as you explore this strange, broken world.

I paid for the game. It is very fun, I played a version on Xbox that was great. My only gripe is that every fourth or fifth run through the file gets corrupted and I can’t finish. So I have to start everything over again. It’s very annoying

Schönes kleines Spiel, dass ich nach etwas Einarbeitungszeit geradezu suchte.

Die einzelnen Kampfrunden sind knackig und kurz, ich schaffe sie nur auf der leichtesten Stufe 😅 Es macht Spaß den Storyloop und die kleinen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten immer wieder durchzuprobieren, um die unterschiedlichen Ergebnisse zu sehen.

Der Cyberpunklook mit cel shading und comicartig Charakterzeichnungen in satten Farben gefällt mir sehr. 

Sprachlich, musikalisch und storytechnisch ist das ganze scheinbar indisch beeinflusst und hat einen ganz eigenen, unnachahmlichen Style.

Die Story ist nicht so elaboriert und es gibt hier und da noch ein paar Tippfehler, aber das macht nichts!

Irgendwie fühlt sich das Ganze irgendwo zwischen Shadowrun, Burntime und Fallout an. Unter den Deckbuildern finde ich es ein wenig mit „Slay the Spire“ vergleichbar, wobei mir „Nowhere Prophet“ besser gefällt! 

Für den Preis im Store ein tolles Spiel, das auch mehr als die 6€ wert ist, die ich bezahlt habe!

Hoffentlich wird der nächste Titel „Crownbreakers“ auch auf iOS und Android portiert!

Ich besitze schon die macOS Version und auch auf dem iPad macht der Deckbuiilder richtig Spaß.

Have played six runs at this point. First run I beat the demo, bought the full game, lost to the second boss. Every single run after the first, I have beaten the full game with basically no challenge whatsoever until I face the final boss. The core is just ridiculously powerful compared to everything you face before that. 

They can summon multiple copies of low-cost units that they can provide endless buffs to, they draw more cards than you do, and you have to kill it TWICE with the second phase having an even more difficult roster than the first. And when you fight the second phase, you don’t get a chance to reset your deck, so everything is wounded by then.

You simply don’t draw enough cards to kill the boss. I went in with a full roster of healthy units, max health on my leader, and some very good items, and I didn’t even come close to beating phase two.

Five attempts against the boss and I haven’t figured out a thing, except that the game balance is horrible.

Combos, Synchronicity between unit types, it’s all here. Check YouTube for reviews and gameplay’s. 

Small studio, this was their first game 7 years ago. Support them. 

I look forward to their new game being released on iOS in the future. Especially with the new iPhone Ultra (foldable phone releasing later this year in September)
